Refund policy

• Purchased items can be EXCHANGED within five (5) business days.
• When exchanging your purchase, you must:  

• 1. Do so within five (5) business days.
• 2. Send the garment not worn, damaged, or soiled.
• 3. Shipped with the EXCHANGE TAG attached.
• Exchanges must be equal or lesser to the value of the item purchased. In the event that there is not an item available equal to the value of the item being exchanged, you will receive a Ratchet Luxury Store credit for the value of the exchanged garment.
• There are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES for Made-To-Measure garments.
